Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 October 2026.

The service

AnimateTattoo turns a tattoo photo into a short AI-generated video. Results vary and are artistic interpretations.

Your content

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You may not upload nudity, sexual content, minors, gore, hate symbols, or images of public figures or of anyone without their consent. We may refuse any upload; if our safety check is unavailable we refuse instead of generating.

Credits and refunds

One credit equals one clip. Credits from one-time packs do not expire. Clips that fail or are blocked are refunded as credits automatically. For payment issues, contact support within 14 days. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled through the link in your receipt.

Use of outputs

You may use clips you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the rights in your original photo.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
